I came to wedding photography after years of editorial and photojournalism work, and I still carry that instinct — to watch, to wait, to find the truth of a moment rather than construct one. A wedding is one of the few days in a person's life when every emotion is right at the surface. That's exactly the work I find most meaningful.
I grew up in the Kansas City area and have spent nearly a decade photographing weddings across Missouri and Kansas, from backyard ceremonies to grand ballroom receptions. I joined clover coterie because great wedding vendors make each other better — and this collective genuinely does.
